Attributes:	You may use it as rope, shovel, pick, machete, crowbar and kitchen knife, but not as a melee weapon to destroy objects. Is the only Secret Service gadget that can be used as a crowbar.

Notes:	Obtainable by opening a Mysterious Package from TBI. You need to have the Secret Service Quest completed to open the package, and it needs to correspond to the package you want to open. If it gets jammed, when you try to use it the first time it will show this sentence: Oh no! Your tool is jammed and can't be used for a minute. You must always keep in mind that this item, when used can become jammed and unable to use for 1 minute. So it's good to always carry a rope and shovel with you even if you have this item.
