Only players that are level 60(?) and above can enter floors +2 and +3 (there is level gate). Respawns of Wyrms and Behemoths on upper floors can be accessed by all players, however it's advisable to be at least level 60 with good amount of supplies to withstand all monsters which, in addition, can be easily lured to the entrance. On Sept 16, 2009 A second staircase was built for Liberty Bay wyrms, and the wyrms' radius was increased. Ogrey confirmed this radius was widened to 50 squares here.
