Attacking with Runes in the Battle List

Everyone knows that you can use the battle window to throw HMM, SD and other runes that target specific creatures, but did you know you can use the battle window to throw any runes? Even area runes like GFB, or field runes like Poison Field. This may be beneficial since there is a shorter distance between your backpack and the battle list than trying to use the main screen to attack creatures.
