The Oracle will only speak to characters that are level 8 or higher. When you are ready, The Oracle will teleport you to the Island of Destiny. The Oracle only teleports players that are level 8 or 9. The living Oracle was killed by Hellgorak, and all that remains is her spirit in this statue.
