Tanner NPCs

A Tanner buys animal corpses for the purpose of skinning them and tanning the hide. Seymour and Billy are in this list, since they will purchase fresh Rat corpses. Billy is making a stew with the dead rats, while Seymour just want to get rid of the rats in his precious Academy.
