[edit] Removing level 199's who recently died from level 200

I don't think it's very important to remove a level 200 who died and became level 199 because changes are very high this person will be level 200 again within a short time span and then we would have to edit the page again. To reduce amount of edits, just leave level 200 chars who die to a level below 200 on this page as they're quite soon level 200 again. That's my opinion anyway.
