Some parts of this article are outdated, for example the Katana and the Copper Shield are no longer lootable from Rotworms. I will update this sometime later, in case noone else does. I do not consider the Skull Candle to belong to the Rook Set, it is rather heavy and provides less light than a regular torch. Each Rook Set should come with the regular armor set (Legion Helmet, Chain Armor, Studded Legs, Copper Shield and Leather Legs) and each weapon type available (Katana, Mace, Hatchet, Bow + Arrows). Optionally the Silver Amulet, Garlic Necklace and Bronze Amulet can be added to it aswell, while only the Silver Amulet and Garlic Necklace do currently have a defence value on Rookgaard (since there is no known way to encounter the Ghoul yet), yet the Bronze Amulet serving no purpose in defence, it can stay equipped forever on your character without ever expiring. As far as the Star Ring goes, it expires within 10 minutes after it has been equipped, yet only for the purpose of the complete Rook Set, it can stay as a part of it.
