All legs in Tibia have the final "s". We should follow the standards or not?
This does not violate the standards. "Brass Leg" would only be half of the "Brass Legs". Just like in real life, you do not call them "Pant", "Short" or "Trouser".... you call them "Pants", "Shorts" and "Trousers".

Aren't the best legs in rookguard Chain Legs because there is a mino mage there now and mino mages drop them?

Regular mino mages drop chain legs, but the mino mage on rook is actually a boss, and may have different loot. I do not know if anyone has looted chain legs or not.

I find it highly likely that it will actually drop chain legs, well, it's just a feeling.
By the way, "bad kitty" was a bit misplaced in my opinion, but I have no idea how you do those words, they may be random.
