wolf tooth chain Edit
Any1 could tell if the wolf tooth chain he asks is a regular one (I don't think so) or if's a special one, and where I can get it? The spoiler say's on orc fortress.. but where exactly? ;x
-- Pudd Knight
No, it is not a normal wolf tooth chain.
I was down in orc fort the other day, and there is a new door that I couldn't open... it was on the same level as the throne room, to the west of the steps. I don't know if that is the wolf tooth chain or not, though.
17:15 You see a griffinclaw. It seems withered and dry.
I would guess that you should take it to the NPC that asked for it, and they will give you more instructions.
Because of potential errors, you should never trust solely on the content of a spoiler. You should always follow the NPCs' instructions, use your own intellect, and make "good" descisions and deductions based on your experiences. The Spoilers should only be used as a guide or for assistance when you get stuck doing a quest.
I'm a bit confused, the transcripts say 10 demon dust is needed, then the rest of the spoiler talks about 100 demon dust... which one is it?
Are we asolutly sure that the griffin flower only spawns at the end of each month. I mean where's our proof?
--- it doesnt spawn at the end of the month cause when i got it was like aug~19th, the flower is just ranodm its like a boss monster you jsut gotta go check it and hope for the best, and its 100 demon dust --Jasonn
"The griffinclaw flower can be found on Nargor on 3rd floor to the north-east. The flower is usually 'dry and withered' and you can't get it. In last day of every month the flower is blooming. It appears to be very infrequent, but random. You may need to return many times before you find the flower blooming."
If it blooms the last day of every month, it would NOT be random/infrequent, would it? Could anyone post some more information about this, so that the text can be corrected?
I think that the "last day of the month" part is left-over from the many earlier edits, but I will not remove it yet, since I have not confirmed or disproved it.
I was there today (31st of March at 20:00 GMT and I found no blooming flower, so it seems to be random, might be just directly after ss

One real world hour is one in-game day. So maybe it blooms every 30 real world hours.

Getting Hydra Water Edit
Can anyone be specific about how to get the water? I went to hydra respawn but I cannot take the water.... Thanks ;)
I guess you would just "use" Ceiron's Waterskin on the water. It shouldn't be any more complicated than that.
Should the 'blessed wooden stake' be removed from the requirements lists as you can buy the dust, and not need to get a stake?--Sixorish 14:10, 22 June 2007 (PDT)
I think that the requirement should just say "Demon Dust", since the methods of obtaining it are subjective.

How can I buy a botanist's container? If I say 'Botanist's container' to either of the NPCs, they will only ask me if I've collected enough ectoplasm stuff

Edited the page to hopefully make the quest easier to understand :o -Elg
I have disproven the sentence about the last day of the month yesterday (31-5-10). I have camped the spot from server save straight to 4:00 am.
It seems that it really is just random. I would suggest you edit the quest page, since it is confusing as it is now ;)

Thank you :P never expected to get a response so quickly, I'm new to this.
I'll be camping it for a longer while, and note the time down here. Maybe the times are repeated every month or so, worth checking out

If I remember correctly it blossomed 30 days after the update and then once every 30 days. So if the latest update was on May 5th (last patch) it would blossom the day after tomorrow (or maybe tomorrow I don't remember if they started counting from the server save after the update or not)?

Griffinclaw Flower Edit
You can buy it from other players, why not just add this detail there? Klapauciusrnex 16:37, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
In the griffinclaw flower mission , it has to be removed the part that someone added saying that 4 can be found in the deathbine respawn, because those flowers can not be harbested and are not related to this mission--Zhujin (talk) 01:50, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
