It can be bought/looted by premium players only, so I think it may (and will) be sold for more than npc price to free account players. So i think the price should be 300 - 2000/3000gp ~.

Nobody will pay 1300 or more for an armor when you can buy a plate armor for 400gp or a scale armor for 75gp. Not even free acounts.
