It drops from the Countess Sorrow. There are just 4 Silver Mace confirmed in all Tibia, one in Secura, two on Premia (looted by Jens ferdinand, Mirun, alco meston, one was looted on 21 May 2009 on Calmera, and one was looted by Sios the Vampire, Ricda Zain, Melinde Merenwen and Prince Il on 17 November 2009 on Luminera. Bawuvi is the current owner on Secura and Draco nemesis on Premia. Last one is presented in Marcin Szczurek's guild house on Calmera.

It has been said that some players in Premia and Antica have found this item through a quest, but it hasn't been confirmed.
