The Outlaw Camp can be found east of Thais and Blood Bay, and west of Venore. This is the home of those who forsook their land and people for the wayward life. Wild Warriors, Hunters and other creatures live in this land. H.L. is the lone shopkeeper who is no less a crook than the outlaws about him. He will buy and sell for ridiculous prices, though is the only free account NPC in the game who will buy Scale Armors (premium area NPC Robert in Svargrond buys them too for 70 gp). Also, for some odd reason, he won't keep conversations with ladies.
Because of their distance from a depot, houses here are generally cheap, and on some worlds, are entirely free to claim (0 gp bids will often go uncontested). Despite being closer to Venore, these houses are found in the Kazordoon list on the official website. As such, Outlaw Camp 1 is the second largest house in all of the Kazordoon list, at 39 sqm.
Prior to the 7.4 Update, which restricted luring possibilities, it was possible to lure Giant Spiders in to the Outlaw Camp, but now such practices are entirely limited to Minotaur Mages and the odd Hunter.
