The most recent update was the Spring Patch 2012. The next update will most likely be the Summer Update 2012. Not much is officially known about this update yet.

Known things:

1. New houses will be added to the game around the Tibian lands. The houses are designed by players who has won the contest "Your Dream Home" hosted by CipSoft.
2. A system to prevent house and depot trashing will most likely be implemented. This feature was delayed from the Spring Patch 2012.
