Third best shield and most likely the best available on most worlds. It will remain extremely rare item for a long time considering how difficult is to obtain it. Provides a permanent green light, if equipped. Since it has same def value as the Mastermind Shield, it is more often used for decorations, however it's still rare and worth more than Mastermind Shield.
