Was first seen in the 2 Test Servers preceding the first Lightbearer Event (the test server of the Summer update 2009 and the Autumn patch 2009).

[edit] Speed and shielding

On the test server of the Summer update 2009, this item had a speed bonus of 50 and a shielding of 38. This was reduced (during that test server) to a speed bonus of 25 and a shielding of 25 because many testers agreed it could be abused. A shielding of 38 would mean a shield as strong as a Great Shield (dropped by Massacre, Morgaroth, Ferumbras and Ghazbaran) for free!
