Notes: This rod was implemented to replace the energy-imbued Tempest Rod, as CipSoft saw it unfit with their model of a druid — focusing primarily on what is CipSoft's definition of "forces of nature", ice and earth, whereas sorcerers focused on arcane magic (i.e. energy and fire).
