Dog Sleds can be found on Hrodmir, Nibelor and Inukaya, they were used to travel over thin ice and snow.
No sleds can be used unless you are an honorary barbarian, and a few can't be used until you prove your worth to the sled operator.
To use the dog sled from Svargrond to Nibelor you need to do Barbarian Test Quest and talk to Iskan.
To use the dog sled from Nibelor to Inukaya you need to do the mission Nibelor 5: Cure the Dogs of The Ice Islands Quest and feed the dogs some ham for each travel.
