Cledwyn O'Reilly is a smith by trade, but has a passion for collecting precious stones and metals. He will exchange various armors providing a skill and resistance bonus for 100 Silver Tokens each, and the same price applies to both addons of the Rift Warrior Outfits.
He will also enchant (recharge) certain items for 2 Silver Tokens:

• Amulet of Theurgy,
