Chemar Ibn Kalith is a licensed carpetpilot and responsible for the Darashian airmail. He will only sell flying carpets to those who have mastered the art of flying.
Note: Letters cost only 5 gp, Parcels only 10 gp, and travelling is 10 gps cheaper if you have completed the Postman Quest.
