Technical Information[]
Armor is the equipment that is equipped in the center-slot of a character's inventory, the torso. These are often the equipment that will provide a high defense (Armor Value, see Armor Calculator) while compared to the other kinds of equipment, but will probably be the heaviest piece of a set.
There are approximately 144 armors available in the game. The following are the strongest:
- Demon Armor (Arm: 16) is the strongest armor without vocation or level restriction.
- Magic Plate Armor (Arm: 17) is the strongest armor without level restriction.
- Spiritthorn Armor (Arm:20, sword fighting +4, axe fighting +4, club fighting +4, 19 damage reflection, protection physical +13%), for Knights.
- Soulshell (Arm:18, distance fighting +4, protection physical +5%, fire +10%) followed by the Tabard armors, for Paladins.
- Soulmantle (Arm:17, magic level +4, protection physical +4%) for Sorcerers and Soulshroud (Arm:17, magic level +4, protection death +10%) for Druids due to their +4 ML bonus and 2 Imbuing slots. The fire, ice, earth and energy Rainments are similar to the Soul Set armors with protection for different elements but without imbuing slots.
- Chain Armor (Arm: 6), is the strongest armor available in Rookgaard, for players with no vocation.
