The city of Ankrahmun is located on the southern portion of the island of Darama. It is separated from Darashia to the north by a vast desert and mountains. It is completely surrounded by desert on three sides, to the south is the sea.

The surrounding land holds little life on the surface, however many creatures such as larvas and scarabs make their nests underground. Dragons have settled in the mountains to the west of the city. It is also rumored that djinns have built magnificient towers hidden in the mountains. Archeological digs have been conducted at several key tomb sites around Ankrahmun and many horrendous creatures have been found on these enormous tombs.

The city is composed of mostly pyramids, previously used to house the dead, these structures now serve as homes and shops. Its inhabitants follow the leadership of their pharaoh and honor the dead, as well as the living dead. The city has a ship at the southern port as well as many shops and a depot. Some time ago it was very popular town for Player Killers because you were able to jump up and down pyramids which was making you almost invulnerable. Currently all the pyramides are protection zones, which makes this city one of the safiest in whole tibia.
