Account Deletion

These are the most serious punishments in Tibia. Because of this accounts are not deleted on the spot. Instead, accounts set for deletion are banished for an infinite period of time to make sure the deletion can be reviewed carefully. Once the deletion has been confirmed, however, the account can no longer be used at all. As with other punishments there is a period of seven days during which a player can complain about an account deletion. The deletion will not be carried out as long as the complaint has not been resolved. However, please note that once the complaint has been turned down the account will be permanently deleted.
