The Agency of Venorean Interest Negotiators (AVIN) is Venore's secret agency, sponsored and based on the help of the traders in the town. The need of a secret agency of such a thing is needed due to the incoming proposals and the need of somebody to silently scan the markets shift.
AVIN is led by Uncle, a mysterious old man who stablished himself in the second level above the floor in the harbour's building.
